Hi, can you help me. I am an instructor for Microsoft, I work for the city training employees migration fro groupwise to outlook. He sends out emails and for management purposes he records all read receipts. But while sending 30 emails he receives 60 emails (has them sent somewhere else) 30 received and 30 read receipt. I am wondering if there would be another way he can view if the emails that have been read so he could record approperiatly.
