RSS Xpress is a freeware (which will remain free!) created by Bull allowing to read RSS feeds versions 0.90, 0.91, 0.92, 1.0, 2.0.1 and atom 0.3, 1.0. The application includes the essential functionalities for using RSS feeds and even more.

A very easy interface but complete
Possibility to organise your feeds in folders
New messages are saved locally so that you can browse them offline
You are informed about new messages by a popup windows and a sound
Possibility to import and export feeds in the OPML format
A search engine to find easily old messages in your feeds
An auto-update (the application verify if any new version is available when launching it)
A tab-browsing navigation
Possibility to customize the application (size and fonts color, notifier, template for the news preview)
Compatible with feeds protected with a username and password
Support proxies (protected with a username and password)

What's New

Administrative rights are no longer needed to run RSS Xpress (Vista)
It is now possible to add a feed even if it contains no news
A new language is available: Spanish (Spain) in addition to the existing Spanish (Latin America)

Bugs fixed
Feedback Links (suggestions & bug) were not working
After installation, the web page did not open always in the right language (EN or FR)
