Provide one-click access to running software from the Windows XP Quick Launch Toolbar.

If you frequently run applications by clicking the "Start" button and selecting "Run", you might want to save time by placing a one-click shortcut to the "Run" command in the Quick Launch area of Windows XP's Taskbar:

1. Click the "Start" menu....
