When we last updated Comodo Dragon, we made sure it was still virus and malware free and the developer's site had no proven issues in any of the reputable site advisory services. In the unlikely event you notice any issues, please let us know immediately, otherwise we will schedule this software for another scan the next time it is updated.

Very Secure Google Chrome derivative BUT poor plugin/addon support.
version release today with better plugin support.
based on Chrome 9.0.597.98 (Feb. 08, 2011)
Comodo may be slow updating but their bullet proof security makes the wait worthwhile.
version brings Dragon up-to-date with Chrome Stable branch v.10.0.648.204 (Mar. 24, 2011). Normally, Comodo is slow to update, this rather quick update is due to certificates hackers have obtained directly from Comodo and produced a series of forgeries. Comodo, a major RSA provider had a very serious breach of security; this is completely unacceptable!

Additionally, Comodo has altered their EULA and privacy policy. Based on this I can no longer recommend any security solution from Comodo. Comodo has yet to release updates to their firewall and antivirus products to ban known forgeries.

Comodo is on my **it list.
Those using Chrome based derivatives should consider "SRWare Iron." Both Firefox as of 3.6.16 and Chrome 10.xx has banned known forged certs.
Hey Bala - Could you please let us know, exactly what alterations have Comodo made to their Eula [and privacy policy] that don't meet with your approval?

Downloading a product will often require the input of personal information. This information will be used by Comodo or its affiliates to contact the customer about Comodo's products and services, including product updates and associated promotional material.

When you consider the very recent Epsilon breach (see here, here and here) Comodo is no longer trustworthy.
Hey Bala - Thanks for that, I thought that may have been the clause you were referring to but didn't realise it had been added only fairly recently.

I think the statement "Comodo is no longer trustworthy" is just a tad strong. Many, many sites store a data base of email addresses, including this one. It may not have been entirely Epsilon's fault that their data base has been breached.

That said, I do not agree with Comodo's policy and it's important to make prospective users aware of the situation, which you have done.......thanks. :)

I tried this some months ago and found it heavy on memory. Anyone else tried this?
Can't say I've noticed this any heavier on memory than any other browser
