I used this tool in the past on XP and Vista 32 bit systems with varying degrees of success. The tool itself acts as a GUI front end to a library of third party freeware and open source media oriented tool chains and libraries. Due to the fact that it is merely a front end and tries its best to expose the command line power of the tool chains it supports it cannot always provide the guidance or help documentation that a user will eventually require. So, be aware that the tools that you access the most using the Super front end GUI should be your focus if any in depth help should be warranted. One way of isolating issues with video conversion would be to find out what tool chain Super is using for you to convert the video and research the tool chain and not Super as Super is only a front end not the conversion tool chain. This trouble-shooting philosophy will save you allot of time and heart ache as well as keep you from getting any possible flaming from so-called "advanced users" with advanced ego disorders.

It will work but, only if the underlying video tool chains work -- remember it is not Super's fault, it is only the messenger.
