What is support without screen shots?


Out of all of the gaming boards, software support forums, and commercial software support forums that I've been to and FreewareBB is one of a few that illustrates its support topics graphically eliminating 90% of the guess work overhead. There are a few others out there that do the illustration path but, it's sad when you can count them on one hand and have fingers left over. Screen shots and how to videos are my tools of choice when it comes to strapping a learn on.

Eye candy for the visual sweet tooth -- it's a gooooood thing.

No probs Raven, always liked illustrations myself, as you say, takes the guess work out of things :)
