Marko - This one also monitors startup to help the user prevent new and/or unwanted items from being added.

Startup Guard is the only freeware startup manager I know of which includes monitoring/alerts system and links to information to help identify unknown startup items (especially useful for the less experienced user).

I haven't tested Startup Guard as yet but, based on features alone, I would say it would be a very useful addition for many users, right up there with WinPatrol.
