Have you ever lost it with a computer?

Depending on the problem, I guess it can be easy sometimes to blame the computer for it's slow performance, we all seem to want more from our poor wee PC, sometimes using it to vent out our frustrations cause it can't match the performance of a NASA machine!!. I can't say I've ever really lost it totally with a computer, but I've probably punched a few screens in my career in a feeble attempt to have it respond!! (as if it would, lol !!) but question is, have you ever "lost it" with a computer?

I'm pretty patient with my wee PC, but I've run into problems and used an odd curse word now and then. However, I'm a person who will google a lot to find a solution. I never let anyone else try to fix my computer because I just don't trust anyone. I did that once and my poor PC was worse than ever!

No, but I am about as far from being a 'patient soul' as you can possibly get!! Thing is, in the past, I have actually enjoyed the learning experience associated with the DIY side of computer issues.
Now I know all there is to know about computers, life is pretty boring... (I wish!!!)

Couple of times I snapped out of it about 6 inches from cranking into my monitor. I however have been merciless with my pointing devices and keyboards. When keys get stuck I have a bad habit of physically un-sticking them. It's all in good fun. I can not say that I've ever felt such contempt towards another's system, but I have been disgusted with the user.
My systems try their best for me though and they could be far worse. Now I feel guilty like my desktop's a child. It might be time to seek the assistance of a trained professional.
Just for the record, FBB has a rough time with my Android phone and header files; etc. All in all, this post went rather smoothly on my device. This phone ticks me off more than any P.C. system I have so start a poll asking the FBB community how they cope with smart phones that behave more like smart a**es.

I've always been relatively calm, although I do recall the time I was sitting with a laptop, winding my missus up and she freaked out and ran her fingers right under the laptop keys and they all came pinging off like popcorn being made
Wont do that again in a hurry

yep, many times my first computer was a commodore 64, from radio shack in Moorabbin , Then my first Apple 2 and 2+ , I remember my first IBM clone 4.77mhz procesor , all I lost it with at some time , I had Brown hair once, and computers sent it Grey, then 20 years on I have no hair, computers did that also, I wear Glasses as thick as Coke bottle ends, 50 odd years of looking at computer screens,, yep computers lost it with them, but they won in the end.

I have been extremely frustrated with my computer from time to time, but look at the problem as a challenge to figure out the reason for the malfunction. I hope that keeping the mind active and challenged is a good thing, however, thank goodness for Google!

yep, I really lost it, then I deleted DOS to get revenge; not that it did me any favors LOL Whats worse was that I didn't have a copy of it, so I had to take it back to the builder to have it replaced. A bad day, all the way around. After that I chilled out. LOL

yes, lost patience and told the computer to kiss my ***. got back and finished the job.

Only lost it with Win95 (How many floppies did that come on?) and hardware that wouldn't work even after manually setting IRQs in the BIOS.
