    It took me a couple of seconds, but then I got the hang of it.

    I've seen this with the letters out of order, but this is the first time I've seen it with numbers.

      Henry Fielding once said that a rich man without charity is a rogue; and perhaps it would be no difficult matter to prove that he is also a fool.

            Not sure martoom ,,but the chart was easy for me to read. Also may be years of trying to reading all my childrens homemade "Happy Birthday and Fathers Day" cards when they were (some still are) young helped. LOL. :rofl:

              Very good. Amazing what the mind can decipher.

              Here is another, slightly different. Apparently small children can fathom this one easily but adults struggle:

              16028 = 4........22365 = 1.........12357 = 0
              26781 = 3........13457 = 0.........56916 = 3
              12345 = 0........56789 = 4.........10112 = 1

              Can you see the pattern? (clue: it is not mathematical).

                    Don't feel too bad guys, it took me ages to see it too.

                    Apparently young children can clearly discern the full circles from the loops and straight lines - the circles appear to them almost as a separate entity.

                    If you count the full circles contained in each series of numbers you will see the answer: 0 = 1, 6 = 1, 8 = 2, etc.
