Normally, this would be no brainer as I would expect most people to possibly check their email - however, I've came to expect the unexpected from our diverse membership here on the site and look forward to hearing some of those "other" answers :good:
Please post your queries, requests and enquiries in the forums - do not PM me directly as I cannot answer everyone individually - your post stands a much better chance of receiving multiple replies from other members too on the forums.

Please remember that we have people from many different timezones on the site and if your post requires a reply it could take longer at some at some points because of this.

I would say systray. It's a site of paranormal activity in the past with me so now I have a reflex to check it and make sure they're all there with no unwanted ones.CCleaner helped with that.I had trouble remembering where to tweak the startup settings in XP, but with CCleaner they're right there to set.Nice addition for me in that program...

Next would be whatever happens to be on my mind at the time...usually e-mail...

After I switch on the computer, the first thing I check is whether ot not the coffee is done perking.

If I don't getan error message or smell smoke, I check email to see if I have won the lottery.

I normally check e-mail first (to see if there is any FBB polls to take (so I can check to see if (great-grandpa) Jim made any witty comments))!
