Similar to the System Boost Elite reported just earlier, this is from the same developers but this time the webiste is registrycleaner-free.com - again, false claims of awards and virus total reporting the following:

Comodo: UnclassifiedMalware
Emsisoft: Adware.Win32.RealRegistryCleaner.AMN!A2
NOD32: a variant of Win32/Adware.RealRegistryCleaner
